Yuliy Takov
Yuliy was born in Sofia in 1971 and graduated from the National High School for Stage Artists, Plovdiv in 1991. In 1995 he graduated from “Jules Paskin” Free Academy in the class of Nikolay Maistorov and Dolores Dilova.
Yuliy has participated in a number of solo and group exhibitions including 'Abstrahirano - Reduction to Absurdity', Gallery Shipka 6, Sofia, BULGARIA, in 2005; 'Contemporary Bulgarian Art', Modern Art Museum, New Delhi, INDIA in 2004; 'Travelling Museum', Porcia Palace, Vienna, AUSTRIA; Bulgarian Cultural Institute, Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, and Warsaw in 2004. In 2001 he became a member of the prestigious UNION OF BULGARIAN ARTISTS and has won numerous awards.
