Captured Impressions - Outstanding Impressionistic Paintings byLena Kurovska

The Ukrainian artist Lena Kurovska focuses her magnificent impressionistic works on still lives, landscapes and cityscapes, which she paints on her travels, directly on location and open-air. In her England series the artist skilfully depicts familiar places and recognizable corners in England, especially London. Her colourful, warm and lyrical paintings, which are in oil, acrylics and pastels on canvas or paper, are an encapsulation of atmosphere and light. The artist, who graduated from the National Academy of Art and Architecture in 1997, has recently exhibited her work in the Gallery in Cork Street, London; The Mall Galleries, London and the 60th exhibition of the Chelsea Art Society, London.
